Recycle Membrane| Hwa Fune eco series.
Textiles for recycling are generated from two primary sources. These sources include: •Post-consumer, including garments, vehicle upholstery, household items and others. •Pre-consumer, including scrap created as a by-product from yarn and fabric manufacture, as well as the post-industrial scrap textiles from other industries. RECYCLED PU MEMBRANE Produced by recycled consumer waste replacing petrochemical materials, it is easy to bond with any eco-friendly fabrics. It performs comparable tear strength and durability, with high function on waterproof and breathable. WP/MVP: 30K/30K Elasticity: 200% Embrittlement point: - 40° RECYCLED TPU MEMBRANE TPU Eco-friendly features: It can be decomposed naturally within 5-10 years if buried in soil. It can be recycled and made into other products. TPU membrane do not discharge harmful substances. Not only the raw materials, but also processing to finished products. It’s friendly to the environment, does not pose a threat to human health, and conforms to the global environmental protection trend. WP/MVP: 15K/15K Elasticity: 220% Embrittlement point: - 40° Fluocarbon-free DWR with Recycle TPU GRS. Recycle TPU membrane can maintain the high function and also protect environment. Recycle Nylon| Hwa Fune eco series.
Today, many people are aware that even when they are dressing to impress the world, they must ensure that their dressing doesn't impact the environment. The textile waste recycling ensures that. Common nylon recycle material:•Post-industrial•Fishing Net•Buoy Most mechanically recycled materials are melted at high temperatures and then made into a reusable form. Nylon melts at a much lower temperature, which means contaminants remain alive or otherwise unscathed. For this reason, nylon must be thoroughly cleaned before being recycled. Good sources of clean, pure postconsumer nylon are difficult to find. 1.Post-industrial The post-industrial recycling is a common practice and has been there for years. The post-industrial waste includes the by-products from textile like fibers, trimmings left on the cutting room floor in apparel and other textile product manufacturing facilities. 2.Fishing Net Waste fishing nets are made of nylon with the high value, and the recycling technology is the most mature. The recycling methods can be divided into physical and chemical recycling. •Single-material waste nylon fishing nets are melted and re-spinned for physical recovery. •The chemical recovery: Through chemical processes such as cracking and fractionation is made into caprolactam (material for nylon 6), then pelletized and spinned. 3. Buoy There are 6% fishing nets, 9% traps and 29% tackle, including buoys and other fishery wastes become residual marine pollutants due to discarding every year. Those wastes not only polluting the ocean environment , they also would cause harm to living creatures due to entanglement. Seriously affect the ecological environment. It’s not news that marine waste is recycled into fabrics. The buoys can also be recycled and reconstituted into nylon. Buoys can become nylon 6.6 particles again after cracking, fractionation, and polymerized. Today, many people are aware that they must ensure their dressing doesn't impact the environment.
